Seller; On behalf of Kompozitsan;

1. ARTICLE - SUBJECT

This contract has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4822 Amended by Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, between the Consumer who orders the product with the features and sales price specified on the website www.kompozitsan.com, and the Seller, who owns this website.

2.ARTICLE - GENERAL CONDITIONS

Persons under the age of 18 cannot make purchases from the website www.kompozitsa.com. By confirming this contract electronically, the Consumer confirms that they are over 18 years old. The Seller is not responsible for price and content errors arising from typesetting and system errors that may occur on the website www.kompozitsan.com.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrectly displayed prices. By shopping from www.kompozitsan.com, the Consumer acknowledges that it is for personal use and not for resale. By confirming this contract electronically, the Consumer confirms that they have obtained the correct and complete address, telephone, basic features of the products ordered, prices including taxes, payment, and delivery information that the Seller must provide to the Consumer before the conclusion of distance contracts.

If the product price is not paid for any reason or canceled in the bank records, the Seller is deemed to have been relieved of the obligation to deliver the product. For orders made by bank transfer or EFT, the processing date by the Seller is the date when the payment reaches the Seller's bank accounts, not the date the order is placed. The Consumer agrees that if payment is not made within 1 week for orders made by bank transfer or EFT, the Seller will cancel the order.

In case of payment by credit card or similar payment card, if the bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the Seller due to unauthorized or unlawful use of the Consumer's credit card by unauthorized persons without the consent of the Consumer, the product must be sent to the Seller within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to the Consumer.

3.ARTICLE - SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS

The Seller fulfills the provision of the consumer's order within thirty days at the latest from the moment it reaches him. This period can be extended for up to ten days provided that it is notified to the consumer in writing in advance. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any problems that the cargo company may encounter during the delivery of the product to the Consumer or for the failure to deliver the product to the Consumer for any reason. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the non-acceptance of the delivery of the product ordered by the recipient at the delivery address. With a valid reason, the Seller may offer the Consumer an equal quality and priced product before the expiration of the performance obligation. If the Seller claims that the fulfillment of the contractual obligations regarding the ordered goods or services has become impossible, he notifies the Consumer of this situation before the expiration of the performance obligation arising from the contract. Within 10 days, he returns all documents that put him under obligation and in debt to the Consumer.

4.ARTICLE - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The product should not fall under the scope of Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be used. The Seller has the right not to accept returns made without notification. The Consumer or a third party is obliged to send all documents and materials, including the invoice, delivery note, certificate, insurance forms, product box, packaging, and all other documents and materials sent to him in full to the Seller with the product return. The VAT of the products for which the original invoice is not sent and other legal obligations, if any, are not refunded. During the return shipment, any deterioration, damage, or similar value-decreasing situations in the product and documents and materials sent together with the product due to reasons arising from the cargo companies or the Consumer performing the return are the responsibility of the Consumer. The product price is refunded to the Consumer within 7 (seven) days following the receipt of these documents.

Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used In products that are definitely produced according to the special requests and demands of the Consumer or personalized by making changes or additions and in products produced according to the Consumer's requests, all products produced according to the Consumer's requests are within the scope of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be used. The Consumer can cancel the order they have given by calling kompozitsan.com at 0533 519 11 99 until 15.00 on Monday-Friday, or until 12.00 on Saturday, or by sending an email to info@kompozitsa.com. Bank commissions and transfer/EFT expenses belong to the customer for canceled products.

5.ARTICLE - AUTHORIZED COURTS

In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Consumer Courts in the settlement of the Consumer or the Seller are authorized. In case of the realization of the order, the Consumer is deemed to have accepted all the conditions of this contract.
